Salary: $93,000 - 133,000 per year Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall application development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce involvement in enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing intricate Salesforce solutions
• Multi-cloud Salesforce experience is essential
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud is mandatory; Marketing Cloud exposure is desirable
• Experience working within multi-org environments and/or Salesforce consolidation projects
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft integrations
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (preferably with Kafka)
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting clearly to both technical and executive leadership
• Ability to quickly adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced delivery setting
• Background as a Salesforce Developer (5–7 years) prior to transitioning to architecture is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce and Data360 is advantageous
• Familiarity with Tableau or CRM analytics tools would be beneficial
• Salesforce certifications beyond core requirements are valued
• 1–2 architect-level Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect

• Take ownership of Salesforce solution architecture for Owner Lifecycle initiatives
• Translate business objectives into scalable and well-governed Salesforce solutions
• Establish and uphold architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines
• Act as an embedded architectural partner within delivery teams by:
• - Engaging in SCRUM ceremonies, refinement sessions, and planning discussions
• - Questioning scope, estimates, timelines, and cost assumptions when applicable
• Provide architectural leadership and direction, focusing on advisory rather than hands-on development
• Limit any hands-on contributions to proof-of-concept (POC) work
• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors as required
• Confidently guide architectural decisions and challenge instances where product or delivery teams may overstep boundaries
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems using MuleSoft APIs, Kafka, and event-driven patterns
