Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to assist with scheduling grooming services, confirming client bookings, and supporting daily administrative operations. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient appointment flow and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Contact clients to schedule and confirm grooming appointments
* Answer incoming calls and respond to service inquiries
* Update and maintain accurate appointment records
* Coordinate scheduling with groomers and bath attendants
* Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Reliable and professional demeanor
