Overview
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and logistics strategy. This role ensures safe, efficient, and scalable operations while delivering exceptional service to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop warehouse staff through coaching, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily operations including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control
• Plan staffing, workflows, and equipment usage to meet volume demands and minimize overtime
• Drive productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and teamwork
• Communicate effectively across shifts, departments, customers, and vendors
• Track KPIs, inventory accuracy, and operational performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• Background in workforce development and performance management
• Experience with inventory control, forecasting, and workflow planning
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an active warehouse environment
