We are seeking a creative and internet-savvy Social Media Manager to own our Instagram end-to-end and act as the face of the brand on Instagram.
The ideal candidate will drive growth through engaging content, strong community management, and effective paid ad strategies.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive Instagram strategy, managing online reputation, and collaborating with regional teams to gather content and execute campaigns.
You will own Instagram strategy, content calendar, posting, captions, stories, and Reels, and create and feature in behind-the-scenes content and represent the brand confidently on camera.
You will also plan, execute, and optimize Instagram paid ad campaigns for reach, engagement, and lead generation, and manage DMs, comments, and overall Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Additionally, you will coordinate with regional teams, faculty, students, and creative teams to gather content and execute campaigns, track trends, viral formats, memes, and platform updates to keep content relevant, and engage on Reddit and Quora to build trust and strengthen brand reputation.
Monitor competitors and continuously improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on social media experience, a strong understanding of Instagram paid ads and performance metrics, excellent writing and communication skills, and be comfortable being on camera.
They will also be proactive, fast, adaptable, and community-minded.
