Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and/or 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Professionally handle incoming calls or route them to the right team members.
Communicate with Drivers: Use a two-way radio to check in drivers and relay messages. Help troubleshoot and keep things running smoothly.
Be a Team Resource: Work closely with our drivers daily—sharing route details, answering questions, and making sure they have what they need.
Friendly, professional communication skills—especially on the phone
Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and printer daily
A positive, dependable work ethic and a willingness to learn
