As a Metal Fabrication Welder-Fitter, you’ll put MIG, TIG, and flux-core skills to work in a production environment where quality and safety go hand-in-hand.

Is this you?

• Do you run MIG, TIG, or flux-core processes confidently across different metals?
• Can you interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders without missing the details?
• Are you comfortable measuring, cutting, and assembling metal components with accuracy?
• Do you efficiently set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools?
• Will you inspect your welds to verify quality and structural integrity every time?
• Do you keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace and follow production guidelines?

Your impact

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding on a variety of metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components for fabrication
• Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety standards and production guidelines

What helps you succeed

• Prior welding or fabrication experience is preferred
• Fluency with blueprints and precise measurement
• Hands-on experience with common fabrication tools and welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift materials and work effectively in a manufacturing environment
