Express Service Technician Bay Ridge Subaru Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a smart, motivated and detail-oriented Express Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair services on vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking quick, reliable service, ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing at their best. Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience.
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer guidelines and service procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification as a NY state inspector a plus.
