ERP Business Systems Analyst Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and analytical ERP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise healthcare operations for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with technical ERP solutions by analyzing complex healthcare data, supporting ERP platforms, and ensuring data integrity across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Profiling

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data sets across enterprise systems.
• Create detailed data mapping documents aligning source systems with target data warehouse models.
• Identify data inconsistencies, trends, and anomalies to support data quality initiatives and migrations.

ERP & Data Management

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP platforms and integrated systems.
• Support enterprise ERP domains including:
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Scheduling & Performance Management
• Develop and execute data validation and governance processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical and functional solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

Compliance & Healthcare Standards

• Maintain compliance with healthcare data regulations including HIPAA.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive healthcare and patient-related information.
• Support data governance and regulatory audit requirements.

Reporting & Technical Support

• Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to query, manipulate, and validate data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries for business stakeholders.
• Assist in ERP system enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Strong experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst in a healthcare environment.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ERP systems
  • Healthcare claims data
  • EHR/EMR platforms
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data warehouse initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare operational workflows.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration projects.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs.
