Role Overview Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • Day Shift (6a - 2p)

• every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

• Evening Shift (2p - 10p)
• Memory Care
• every Sunday and Monday
• Assisted Living
• Every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Full Time)
• Every other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Every Saturday

Responsibilities

• Spread Joy: Brighten our clients' days with your infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude.
• Provide Compassionate Care: Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks while ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Build Connections: Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Be a Superhero: Help with mobility, medication administration, and other healthcare needs in a way that’s both professional and heartwarming.
