Location : Austin TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience: 8+ Years

Must Have: Six Sigma Black Belt certification

JD:

• 8+ Years Required Process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
• 5+ Years Required Evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes
• 1+ Years Required Specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
• 1+ Years Required Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 1+ Years Required Proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations
• 1+ Years Required Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.)
• 1+ Years Required Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• 1+ Years Required Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
• 1+ Years Preferred Experience in regulated or government environments
• 1+ Years Preferred Familiarity with process automation or low-code tools
• 1+ Years Preferred Lean certification
