Are you a data-driven HR professional with a knack for streamlining systems? We are looking for a Benefits & HR Operations Specialist to join our team at our vibrant Las Olas Boulevard office. This is a 3 to 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate and a chance to make a tangible impact on our departmental efficiency.
salary: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: - Serve as the go-to expert for our benefits module, ensuring every life event and enrollment is captured perfectly.
- Move beyond basic spreadsheets. You’ll use Advanced Excel to build complex reports, analyze participation trends, and handle critical compliance data (ACA and 5500 filings).
- Protect the bottom line by performing deep-dive audits, reconciling carrier invoices against deductions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- If you see a manual process that could be automated, you'll have the autonomy to design and implement a better way.
- Balance your technical work with high-level administrative tasks, including professional phone support and greeting visitors with a concierge-level touch.
