• JD from accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar license
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple cases
• Proficient in legal research and case management software
• Compassionate, client-focused work ethic
• Deadline-driven and responsive.
• Ownership mindset and drive to excel

• Lead family law cases from intake to resolution: divorce, custody, support, alimony, and paternity.
• Meet clients with empathy and strong advocacy.
• Develop strategic case approaches through thorough research and analysis.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and court documents.
• Explain complex legal issues and support clients throughout their case.
• Advocate for clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
• Negotiate and finalize settlements.
• Stay abreast of Georgia family law statutes and case law.
• Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive legal team.
• Consistently deliver results and meet deadlines.
• Leverage legal research and case management technology.
