Assistant General Manager (AGM) – The Admiral’s Inn 📍 Ogunquit, Maine | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $55,000 Step Into Leadership at One of Ogunquit’s Signature Properties We’re looking for a strong, steady, and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at The Admiral’s Inn. This is not a back-office role.You’ll be on the ground—supporting the team, engaging with guests, and helping run a fast-paced, multi-faceted property including rooms, spa, and food & beverage. You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager as a true operational partner—someone who steps in, takes ownership, and helps keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do

Support daily hotel operations across all departments
Act as a visible leader for both staff and guests
Resolve guest needs quickly and professionally
Help manage scheduling, payroll, and expenses
Lead and support team members through coaching and direction
Step into leadership when needed and keep operations moving
