Job Description

Automation/Test Analyst

FedTec is seeking an Automation/Test Analyst to support enterprise application testing and quality assurance efforts across Pega-based platforms and integrated legacy systems. This role is responsible for executing comprehensive testing strategies, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, and ensuring adherence to federal quality, accessibility, and security standards.

Clearance : IRS- MBI required

Responsibilities:

  • Execute integration testing, create and manage test data, develop and maintain automated test scripts, perform test execution across all phases, and produce detailed test results reporting and defect documentation across the Pega platform and integrated legacy systems.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes across the portfolio, manage Section 508 compliance testing, conduct performance and security testing validation, ensure adherence to testing standards and WCAG guidelines, and coordinate defect resolution and quality reporting across releases and product cycles.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in an enterprise Pega or COTS platform environment.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining QA programs that ensure adequate and technically accurate procedures, data, and deliverables across multiple concurrent applications and releases.
  • Experience managing defect lifecycles - tracking, monitoring, coordinating, and supporting resolution of identified defects including those resulting in Change Requests. Proven experience conducting Section 508 compliance testing in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act, using both manual testing methodologies and assistive technology tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining testing protocols aligned to business requirements,
  • Reusable Enterprise Level Requirements (RELRS), and Reusable Program Level Requirements (RPLRS). Experience supporting quality assessments using government-provided templates and producing monthly Contractor Quality Assessment Reports.
