The Team Leader of Banking Transactions will oversee the employee level transactions of all client funded accounts. This includes review of bank transactions, research and the recovery of outages, account monitoring, and continual process improvement.
The Team Leader of Banking Transactions will have a strong working knowledge of all functions within the Banking department as they relate to the payroll process, as well as an advanced understanding of banking operations. They will have the ability to monitor workflow and coordinate job duties as needed to ensure all critical functions are completed timely and accurately. They will have a critical role handling complex banking/payroll issues. They will assist management with various projects. They will assist with ensuring our banking relationships remain positive, strong, and ethical. They will assist with critical banking functions including reporting, internal and external audits, as well as help ensure policies and procedures are updated and followed.
