Immediate positions available for reliable and responsible individuals to join our team. We are a Company that operates inside the Sky Harbor Airport, we currently have 5 locations in Terminal 4. An ideal candidate would have relevant experience, have knowledge of health regulations, be a team player, be able to handle fast paced work environments, be completely available to work any shifts and be able to pass a background check.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple franchise restaurants and activities of team members to ensure all tasks are being completed.
• Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive.
• Place weekly orders and ensures stores are stocked with appropriate levels of product.
• Maintain a high standard of quality with regard to product, people, sanitation and safety
• Be able to address and solve employee related concerns that occur on your shift and communicate issues of higher importance to AGM/GM.
• Responsible for the delegation of work to meet all restaurant needs and Goals.
• Deliver superior guest service - Always strive for 100% guest satisfaction
• Conduct on the job training for all team members.
• Assigns work tasks and activities, participates in preparing schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered
• Manage the use and improvement of all systems, policies and procedures developed by The Grove and its branded partners
• 0Ensures that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand or company standards.
• Analyzes and manages financial results of the units to ensure maximum profits are balanced with guest and team member satisfaction
• Consistently provides direct reports and/or indirect reports with support, coaching, and encouragement necessary to achieve business goal
• * Ensures all equipment is in good working order and schedule repair services as needed.

Requirements:

• Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly as well as posses common sense.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Availability to work all shifts. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with staff, customers and piers.
• The Shift Manager is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food/snack bar establishment which includes but not limited to;
• The Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible for the all of the operations.

The Shift Managers are responsible all the behind-the-scenes activities involved in operating a restaurant, bar and retail location.

You must open availability, 7 days a week to qualify!! .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
