What To Expect
Join our EMEA Recruitment team, where you’ll play a key role in growing our Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organization—the backbone of our customer experience.
In this role, you’ll primarily recruit for core SSD positions, including roles such as: Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers. You’ll be a part of our Region West team, consisting of four talented recruiters who support hiring in Benelux and France.
This role can be based at our HQs in either London, Paris or Amsterdam.

What You'll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape hiring strategiesOwn the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiationUse data-driven insights to optimize recruitment pipelines and hiring decisionsActively source top candidates through multiple channelsEnsure an exceptional candidate experience at every stageCollaborate with other Recruitment- and People teams across EMEA
What You'll Bring
