Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Network Engineer or in a comparable senior-level network infrastructure role
• In-depth hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure networking is required
• Strong background in supporting production environments, Azure disaster recovery setups, and legacy hosted infrastructures
• Extensive experience with Azure Firewall
• Proficient in using Fortinet firewalls, particularly Fortinet HA
• Significant experience with IPSec tunnels and VPN technologies
• Solid background with Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• Experience with Azure Application Gateway and Azure WAF
• Familiarity with VNets and Terraform
• Strong grasp of BGP and a deep understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining both physical and virtual network infrastructures
• Proficient with routers, switches, VLANs, segmentation, and micro-segmentation
• Previous experience in both Linux and Windows environments
• Experience in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing infrastructure upgrades and patching
• Strong technical writing skills for clear, accurate documentation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Design, implement, configure, maintain, and optimize ATSERs physical, virtual, and cloud network infrastructure
• Provide support for networking across production, disaster recovery, and legacy hosted environments
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of ATSERs SaaS production infrastructure, including Azure-hosted environments and legacy production systems
• Support and maintain Azure disaster recovery network architecture, ensuring connectivity and failover readiness
• Manage networking across Azure, Hyper-V, on-premises systems, and co-hosted data center environments
• Administer Azure networking services, including VNets, routing, connectivity, segmentation, and hybrid network integrations
• Configure, monitor, patch, upgrade, and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and WAF technologies
• Troubleshoot Azure Firewall, Fortinet firewalls, IPSec tunnels, and VPN connectivity issues
• Design and support high-availability firewall environments, including Fortinet HA configurations
• Implement and maintain WAF solutions, including Azure Application Gateway and related security services
• Enhance Azure Front Door, Azure Private Link, Azure internal DNS, and other Azure-native networking services
• Perform upgrades and changes as required by Microsoft for supported Azure services
• Implement and maintain VLAN segmentation, micro-segmentation, and secure network zoning strategies
• Support configuration and management of BGP and other enterprise routing technologies as needed
• Analyze and monitor network performance, making recommendations and implementing improvements
• Create and maintain technical network documentation, diagrams, standards, procedures, and operational runbooks
• Own and maintain StateRAMP boundary documentation while supporting network-related NIST 800-53 security controls
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure secure and scalable network operations
• Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives related to StateRAMP and other regulatory requirements
