Overview: We are seeking an experienced MBBS Abroad Admissions Counselor to guide students aspiring to pursue medical education overseas. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end counseling, guiding students through the admission process, and ensuring successful conversions for MBBS programs abroad. Key Responsibilities: Counsel and guide students seeking MBBS admissions in foreign universities (e.g., Russia, Georgia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Europe, etc.). Understand the student’s profile, aspirations, and eligibility to recommend the right universities and countries. Explain admission requirements, application processes, eligibility, visa guidance, and deadlines clearly to students and parents. Maintain a strong knowledge of MBBS program structures, fees, scholarship opportunities, and licensing requirements (FMGE/USMLE/PLAB). Follow up with students to ensure application completion, document submission, and visa processing. Collaborate with internal teams for applications, university coordination, and postadmission support. Achieve monthly student enrollment targets and maintain records of counseling sessions. Minimum 2–4 years Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide students and parents with patience and confidence. Proven track record of achieving student enrollment/conversion targets.
