Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Compensation: Starting at $12 per hour

Reports To: Owner / Lead Stylist

We’re now seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Salon Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver an elevated spa experience.

Job Description:

As our Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the beauty industry and learn the ins and outs of a luxury head spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and create a calm, welcoming environment
• Assist with prepping the spa suite before and after each service
• Sanitize tools, treatment areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the spa
• Help with shampooing, scalp pre-treatments, steaming, and light massage (training provided)
• Assist with towel and laundry management
• Restock products, manage inventory, and ensure treatment areas are fully stocked
• Support administrative tasks such as appointment confirmations or client intake forms
• Learn and assist with retail product displays and client recommendations
• Uphold all sanitation and state board regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, professional, and passionate about beauty/wellness
• Eager to learn about scalp care, hair health, and luxury spa service delivery
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Comfortable being on your feet and working in a fast-paced but calm environment
• Licensed cosmetology student, recent graduate, or aspiring beauty professional (preferred but not required)
