Salary: $65,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience as a Salesforce Business Solution Architect or Solution Architect on enterprise transformation or integration projects
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, especially in complex pricing, catalog rationalization, and performance enhancement
• Background in working within existing enterprise Salesforce environments
• Proven capability to lead workshops and manage intricate stakeholder dynamics
• Consulting mindset combined with excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Nice to have: Experience in organizational mergers, consolidations, or platform integrations
• Nice to have: Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Architecture certifications

• Facilitate discovery workshops and ensure alignment among stakeholders for Salesforce organization consolidation
• Evaluate current CPQ configurations and develop scalable future-state solutions
• Create solutions that address intricate pricing, product catalog, and quoting issues
• Convert business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and delivery teams throughout the build and validation phases
• Serve as a reliable advisor to client stakeholders during integration and delivery processes

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Solution Architect (CPQ) to assist a global client in a significant Salesforce organizational integration within the media, information services, and software sectors. This role involves combining existing Salesforce environments into a cohesive operating model, where you will be instrumental in defining the integration strategy, synchronizing business processes, and designing scalable CPQ solutions in a brownfield ecosystem. You will work closely with a Technical Architect and the global delivery team while directly engaging with senior client stakeholders to facilitate discovery, solution design, and successful implementation. This is a full-time role lasting 3 months to start with potential for extension, primarily remote, with occasional travel for workshops.
