As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by filling client orders with quality candidates and ensuring a smooth transition to the job site. This position requires a proactive and driven approach to identifying, interviewing, and placing candidates—often with urgency. You will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate documentation and a positive candidate experience. While operating as an individual contributor, you will also work as part of a collaborative team to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee applications and ensure all new hire documentation (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, ESC, and client proprietary forms) is completed accurately
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify candidates, update employee records, run reports, and complete onboarding
  • Use recruiting tools such as job posting platforms, text messaging software, and other sourcing resources
  • Conduct required pre-employment qualifications including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications
  • Actively engage candidate leads and build a strong, ongoing talent pipeline
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to source top talent
  • Create accurate, compliant job descriptions for open positions
  • Review resumes and conduct pre-screening and second interviews
  • Assist candidates with resume creation and updates as needed
  • Write submittal summaries highlighting candidate qualifications identified during interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates and provide interview coaching when appropriate
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary
  • Support payroll processes including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administrative Support, or Recruiting is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and additional hours when needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, motivated, and professional attitude
  • Strong interest in building a career in the HR industry

Pay

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule

Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
