Managing and updating property listings on various platforms
Communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments
Preparing and organizing property agreements, contracts, and closing paperwork
Conducting market research to support property valuations and neighborhood insights
Coordinating with vendors, inspectors, and other real estate professionals
Updating CRM systems to maintain accurate client and property records
Generating reports on property performance, lead tracking, and client feedback
Supporting marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, social media posts, and property descriptions
Familiarity with real estate software (MLS, Zillow, CRM tools) and listing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documents and listings
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong research skills to gather property and market data
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
Basic knowledge of real estate transaction processes and industry terminology
Work remotely, collaborate with international real estate clients, and help manage property transactions with ease!
Salary Range: $5-7
