We are looking for enthusiastic Promotions Assistants to join our nonprofit outreach team! This in-person role is perfect for individuals who are people-focused, energetic, and passionate about supporting charitable causes .
Our team partners with nonprofits and charitable organizations to run impactful fundraising events, community outreach programs, and awareness campaigns . With new initiatives launching, we are hiring motivated associates to start immediately .
Support the execution of fundraising campaigns, community events, and charity activations
Assist with event setup, coordination, and logistics
Engage the public to share mission messaging, answer questions, and encourage participation
Track donations, attendance, and campaign results
Serve as a positive, professional presence on the event floor, leading by example for volunteers or interns
Step into Event Manager responsibilities when required
Comfortable interacting face-to-face with community members
Outgoing, professional, and passionate about charitable work
Customer service, retail, sales, or event experience is a plus but not required
Available for full-time work and local travel to events
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the organization
Immediate hiring for entry-level charity and nonprofit promotions roles
