The Promotions Assistant plays a key part in executing live fundraising campaigns, charity events, and public outreach efforts. This position focuses on community engagement, event coordination, and representing nonprofit partners in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
This is an on-site role and requires active participation at live events.
Assist with organizing and executing fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives
Support event setup, coordination, and operational logistics
Interact with community members to communicate nonprofit missions and encourage involvement
Record donations, attendance metrics, and campaign engagement data
Maintain a professional and positive presence at events
Provide leadership support to volunteers or interns when needed
Step into event leadership responsibilities when assigned

Experienced in customer service, retail, sales, or events (preferred but not required)
Available for full-time scheduling and local event travel
Self-driven, dependable, and team-oriented
