Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Coordinator
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103
Duration: 4 Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Part-Time (25-30 hours per week)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to support the successful execution of Talent Management initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an integral member of the project team, supporting the planning and execution of Talent Management projects.
  • Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, and following up on action items.
  • Work closely with Talent Management leadership to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately while helping to develop solutions.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by liaising with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience supporting project management or talent management initiatives is preferred.
