Job Description

InfraHire is hiring an Procurement Manager in GA location:


- Coordinate and administer all procurement activities for goods and services.
- Develop and maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Serve as liaison between internal departments and external suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts to secure high-quality materials at optimal prices.
- Manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for reliable supply chain operations.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to optimize stock and minimize excess.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance for cost savings and process improvements.
- Resolve procurement issues, such as shipment errors, quality discrepancies, and invoice mismatches.
- Track and report on the timeliness of purchase orders using vendor scorecards.
