We are seeking a Non-Technical Creator Recruiter to help us grow our community of creators, coaches, and influencers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality talent for the NewRich platform.
While you don’t need prior experience in the creator economy, you must have a solid background in recruitment (minimum 2–3 years) and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and motivated to bring in creators who align with our mission.
Source and identify potential creators, coaches, and influencers
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, screening, pitching, and onboarding
Explain NewRich’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to candidates
Guide creators through the application and setup process
Track prospects and recruitment pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration
Support creators post-onboarding to encourage engagement and retention
2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or partnership sourcing
Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple candidates and conversations simultaneously
Experience with CRM or ATS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Greenhouse, etc.)
Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital entrepreneurship
