Medical Assembler

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble high‑quality catheters in a clean room environment
  • Perform precision work under a microscope for ~50% of the day
  • Rotate through multiple stations with cross‑training opportunities
  • Complete bonding, gluing, cutting, manual assembly, and inspections
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure quality and compliance

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of medical assembly or related manufacturing experience
  • Experience working in a clean room environment
  • Comfort with microscopes and fine‑detail, repetitive work
  • A positive, team‑first mindset and strong attention to detail

Skills & Qualificatins

  • Experience with coiling, braiding, adhesives, or molding
  • Experience in catheter or other precision medical device assembly

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Optional overtime available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Center, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
