Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Part Time, Flexibility including weekdays and rotating weekends

What You’ll Do

• Provide customized massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, and Hot Stone
• Conduct thoughtful client consultations to understand goals and preferences
• Create personalized treatment plans focused on relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness
• Maintain a clean, tranquil, and welcoming treatment space
• Educating clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
• Keep accurate, confidential client records
• Collaborate with wellness staff to enhance the overall member experience

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Massage Therapist (state certification required)
• 3 years of hands-on experience across multiple massage modalities preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, client-focused approach
• A true passion for holistic health and wellness

Preferred:

• CPR / First Aid Certification

What It Takes

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, bending, applying pressure)
• Comfort with repetitive motion and hands-on treatments
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and move equipment as needed

Additional Requirements

• Active liability insurance (naming employer as certificate holder)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Any applicable specialty certifications
