salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Engage in Creole or Spanish outbound call campaigns targeting both Under 65 and Over 65 segments, and handle inbound calls during peak periods. Agents present and explain recommended insurance products, ensuring clients understand benefits, features, and alternatives.
- Client Onboarding and Retention: Complete the entire sales process on recorded lines, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide new customers with orientations, information on self-service tools, and value-added features. Maintain and renew client memberships annually, building a robust customer base for Florida Blue .
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple product sets, delivering additional value to members and enhancing the enterprise's offerings.
- Administrative Duties: Utilize telephonic and electronic methods to respond to customer inquiries, process sales, and manage leads. Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all compliant documents are entered and maintained appropriately.
- Compliance and Training: Stay current with company, state, and carrier certifications, completing all required training annually. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
