About the Job
M&M Landscaping is looking for a skilled landscape laborer with hardscape experience to help build a retaining wall and assist with upcoming landscape projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to work efficiently, take direction, and build clean, professional work.

We are currently working with Unilock sandstone wall systems, base prep, and adhesive installs, so experience with similar materials is a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

Retaining wall installation (block placement, leveling, cutting)
Base prep (excavation, gravel, compaction)
Setting stone, caps, and adhesive
Moving materials (block, gravel, mulch, etc.)
Assisting with cleanups and other landscape work as needed

Requirements

Experience with retaining walls or hardscaping
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs consistently
Reliable transportation to South Hills job sites
Shows up on time and works hard
Knows how to use basic tools (levels, saws, compactors preferred)

Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)

Experience with Unilock or similar wall systems
Skid steer or equipment experience
Irrigation or drainage knowledge
