Job Description Manage onboarding and offboarding coordination, including background checks, asset logistics, and I-9 compliance. Conduct exit interviews and document key feedback with professionalism and discretion. Process hires, terminations, and other transactions in Workday accurately and efficiently. Handle contingent worker tracking and compliance in partnership with business stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, IT, AP, and Payroll to ensure a seamless employee experience.
