Hospice CNA/Hospice Aide - PRN
Location: North Dallas/Allen Area
Compensation: Generous Per-Visit Pay + Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule: PRN / Flexible

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Hospice CNA / Hospice Aide to support patients and families in the North Dallas/Allen area.

Unlike facility settings where assignments can feel rushed, hospice care allows you to focus on comfort, dignity, and personal connection. Our Hospice Aides play a vital role in helping patients feel supported and cared for during one of life’s most important journeys.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to the nursing team.
• Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Smaller patient assignments allow you to spend meaningful time with each patient.
