Handyman / General Maintenance Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Daytona Beach, FL Schedule: Flexible (Full-Time or Part-Time available) We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Handyman / General Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our facility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with painting, drywall repair, and tile replacement, along with strong general maintenance skills. If you take pride in doing things the right way and keeping a clean, professional environment, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities

• Interior/exterior painting (prep, patching, sanding, finishing)
• Drywall repair (holes, cracks, texture match when needed)
• Tile replacement/repair (floor and/or wall tile; grout and caulking)
• General building maintenance (doors, hinges, locks, minor plumbing, minor electrical such as fixtures/switches as permitted)
• Basic carpentry (trim, baseboards, small repairs)
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures
• Identify repair needs and communicate material/labor requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in painting, drywall repair, and tile work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Own tools preferred (not required if provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
