General Labor

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual for an entry-level General Labor position. The role involves operating CNC and Injection Mold Machines in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training will be provided.

General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.25 to $16.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• 1st shift 6:45am-3:15pm $16.25/hr.
• 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm $16.75/hr.
• 3rd shift 10:45pm-7:15am $16.50/hr.
• Operate CNC and injection molding machines.
• Load/unload parts or materials into machines.
• Inspect parts for quality assurance.
• Operating small hand and power tools (screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, power hand drills, etc).
• Use step stools and ladders as needed.
• Sets up and or adjusts production equipment as needed.
• Mixes raw palletized plastic stock and pigments used in the molding process
• Counts, wraps, packages and or labels finished product
• Transfers stock and finished products either manually or by means of manually operated stock handling equipment such as handcarts and pallet jacks.

General Labor Qualifications:

• Comfortable lifting 55lbs at times.
• Steel Toes Required.
• Prolong standing and walking.
• Solid Work History.
• Ability to use basic inspection tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc. (Preferred).

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
