Job Description

Haddad Subaru is seeking a skilled Express Technician to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will perform fast, efficient, and high-quality vehicle maintenance and minor repairs to ensure our customers’ vehicles are serviced promptly and reliably. Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose and address minor vehicle repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to company and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle issues and maintenance recommendations.
• Document services performed and ensure accuracy in work orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.
