Leadership Edge is the core team focused on the development of both executives and managers at JPMorgan Chase. Its mission is to help establish a culture of inclusion, empowerment and growth, helping drive the ongoing success of the Firm. This is an opportunity to join the team to focus on executive development, specifically to design innovative development experiences for our senior leaders. 

As a Executive Director on the Leadership Edge team, you will be at the forefront of launching our expanded executive development curriculum. You will support curriculum design, gather and analyze data, prioritize development, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze impact. Your role is to help ensure our content both meets the current needs of our executives and anticipates future challenges and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner in the reimagining and redesign of executive development curriculum, integrating industry best practices and internal benchmarks, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions. This includes designing AI-focused initiatives for current and emerging leaders
  • Utilize the multiple diverse learning channels to make learning accessible and engaging for senior executives. This includes incorporating AI into processes in order to analyze data and identify skill gaps, offer personalized learning experiences, and provide real-time feedback.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on learning outcomes, participant satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams across lines of business, functions and geographies.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports growth, development and a sense of belonging for all team members.
  • Lead discovery efforts including needs assessment, research, and content curation.
  • Adapt programs quickly and effectively in response to changing business needs
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Guide senior leaders through transformative learning experiences, facilitating sessions that inspire critical thinking and leadership growth.
  • Serve as a thought leader, staying abreast of industry trends and championing innovative approaches to executive development.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • 10+ years of experience in executive development, instructional design, or related leadership roles, with a focus on senior leaders.
  • Collaborative partner with the ability to work across and within the Leadership Edge team, as well as develop strong working partnerships with clients and HR colleagues.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating senior-level groups, including 1:1 and team coaching.
  • Ability to work across geographies and within a matrix structure; demonstrated experience working effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and action-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive despite ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated experience designing initiatives educating leaders on the strategic use and implementation of AI technologies
  • Commercially minded and customer-centric, with a strong focus on business results and impact.
  • Inspirational, original, and critical thinker with a deep understanding of industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Commitment to risk management, controls, and conduct in all aspects of program design and delivery.
  • Experience leading teams, fostering inclusive environments, and building cultures where all team members feel they can thrive.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Training/Development, Adult Education, or a related discipline, as well as a coaching qualification and other related professional certifications are desirable
