Salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience with Epicor ERP focusing on system integrations, data analysis, and reporting
• Advanced skill set in SQL, BI, database management, and data manipulation techniques
• Proficiency in developing intricate reports and dashboards using Epicor tools and external BI platforms
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and relevant KPIs
• Basic comprehension of network administration for data access and security
• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Epicor ERP

• Perform thorough data analysis using Epicor ERP to uncover trends, patterns, and enhancement opportunities
• Create and sustain both regular and on-demand reports for multiple departments and senior management
• Construct and refine SQL queries to extract, process, and analyze complex datasets
• Design and develop dashboards and visualizations for effective data communication
• Manage and maintain the Epicor ERP system, including user administration, security roles, and access permissions
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements
• Work alongside IT to ensure smooth integration of Epicor ERP with additional systems
• Utilize Epicors built-in reporting tools and external BI platforms to produce thorough and precise reports
• Clean and organize data to maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting
• Develop automated solutions for reporting to facilitate efficient data delivery and analysis
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create pertinent reports
• Examine business operations and suggest data-driven improvements
• Aid strategic decision-making by offering data-supported recommendations to senior management
• Discover opportunities to improve Epicor ERP functionality through customizations and integrations
• Support configuration and maintenance of Epicor modules to align with business requirements
• Serve as a resource to provide training and support to end users on data analysis and reporting capabilities as required
