We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Typist to assist with entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This position is remote, offering flexible hours while requiring fast and accurate typing skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and efficiently handling various data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and enter data from various sources into our system.
  
• Update and maintain databases, ensuring information is current and correct.
  
• Review documents for errors and correct any discrepancies found.
  
• Organize and format data to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
  
• Perform regular data validation checks to ensure accuracy.
  
• Communicate with the team as needed to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  
• Assist with other administrative or data-related tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus).
  
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data entry software.
  
• Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  
• Basic knowledge of data entry best practices.
  
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  
• Previous experience in data entry or typing roles is a plus but not required.
