Job Description

We are hiring a Creative Project Manager to join a top beauty company in El Segundo, CA.

• Pay Rate: $45/HR - $55/HR
• Location: El Segundo, CA – Hybrid  
• Duration: 9 Months

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to develop creative programs that align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Manage day-to-day CRM content and copy, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely execution.
• Develop and execute new strategic initiatives and product features from concept through launch.
• Coordinate all creative deliverables, including site and package approvals, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, driving measurable results.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing business priorities and technical considerations.
• Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, proactively managing project prioritization to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to provide optimization recommendations and performance insights.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building and executing CRM plans from start to finish with demonstrated results.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience working with ESP platforms, specifically ExactTarget (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Demonstrated creative vision with a strong customer-centric approach to communications.

• Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting.

• Experience with graphic design and collaborating on creative development.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation abilities.

• Customer service–oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
