Corporate Actions Analyst – Investment Operations | Bloomberg / APX Preferred | Hybrid 4 days onsite Randstad has an immediate need for an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to support investment operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role involves analyzing time-sensitive corporate action lifecycle events, ensuring accurate securities processing, reconciling discrepancies, issuing custodian instructions, and mitigating risk across asset management portfolios.
Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented investment operations professional with corporate actions expertise and the ability to manage time-critical processes accurately in deadline-driven environments, available to work 4 days onsite per week. Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze time-sensitive corporate action information and communicate internally to support decision-making.
- Accurately prepare and deliver corporate action instructions to custodians within strict deadlines.
- Maintain and update client accounts and corporate action records in internal systems.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks related to voluntary and mandatory corporate action events.
- Research and resolve corporate action inquiries and discrepancies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within investment operations.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of investment operations or corporate actions experience.
- Understanding of corporate action events and lifecycle processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-risk environments.
- Analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to identify risk, communicate issues clearly, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
- Experience with BBH Infomediary, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Bloomberg, or similar investment platforms - preferred
- Experience working within asset management, investment operations, or financial services environments.
