In this role, you won’t just write copy; you will architect meaningful digital experiences that guide members through critical life moments. You will join a supportive, growth-focused environment where your expertise in content strategy directly impacts how millions interact with our clients web and mobile platforms.
Your Impact and Opportunities
- Craft Intuitive Journeys: Design clear, concise, and empathetic copy for digital claims transactions, turning complex workflows into seamless member experiences.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Researchers to align content with user needs and technical constraints.
- Shape the Voice: Apply and evolve content strategy principles, ensuring a consistent brand voice across public-facing web pages and mobile channels. Drive Strategy: Participate in cross-functional workshops and content reviews, providing data-driven rationale for your recommendations.
What You Bring
- Expertise in Content Writing: 3+ years of proven experience in user-centered copywriting and content systems thinking.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and Zoom Whiteboard to facilitate design collaboration.
- Collaborative Spirit: A track record of successful cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Industry Knowledge: While not required, experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims is a significant plus.
