Requirements

• Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.

• Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
