About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Commercial Services Sales Representative who wants to stand out, not blend in. This i a high-impact, relationship-focused role centered around building and growing a strong book of business in the Charlotte market.

This position is focused on selling directly to key commercial decision-makers, including property managers, facility managers, and building owners. You will be responsible for developing new business while building long-term partnerships with clients who rely on expert solutions to protect and maintain their buildings.

Position Overview
This is a true business development role with a strong emphasis on prospecting, relationship-building, and territory growth. You will be selling commercial roofing and maintenance solutions to property managers, facility leaders, and building owners across a variety of industries.

While roofing experience is helpful, it is not required. Candidates from industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevator services, commercial landscaping, or other building services are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business across the Charlotte market
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
  • Identify opportunities for service, maintenance programs, repairs, coatings, and full replacements
  • Conduct site visits and building evaluations to uncover client needs
  • Present tailored solutions that protect building performance and reduce long-term costs
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to drive repeat and referral business
  • Manage a consistent pipeline through follow-up, tracking, and ongoing outreach
  • Represent yourself and the organization professionally through networking and in-person engagement

Experience & Background

  • 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial services or building-related industries
  • Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or building owners is strongly preferred
  • A strong existing book of contacts that includes property managers, building owners, and/or facility managers is highly preferred and will allow you to ramp quickly
  • Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close deals
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills
