As the **Hospice Aide (CNA),** you will provide hands-on care to patients receiving end-of-life services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.***What You’ll Do**** Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changes* Assist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and comfort measures* Observe patient condition, report changes, and document care accurately* Take and record vital signs when ordered and within competency* Use medical equipment safely and maintain a clean, comfortable home environment* Provide respite support for patients, families, and caregivers as needed***What We Offer**** Meaningful, purpose-driven work with a truly collaborative team* Flexible schedules to fit your life and support balance* Ongoing training and quality improvement opportunities* A culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect***What We’re Looking For**** Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in the State of Arizona* Current CPR certification* Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life care* Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills* Empathy, patience, and ability to work independently* Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insuranceThe employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
