D1 Training South Forsyth is a performance-based training facility working with youth athletes and adults. Our focus is strength, speed, and long-term athletic development in a high-energy, team-driven environment.
Position Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Performance Coach for evening hours. This is a part-time role designed for coaches who want to gain experience, develop their skills, and grow into leading classes and personal training.
Schedule
3–4 days per week
Approximately 4 hours per shift
Evening classes (after school / work hours)
Optional Saturday hours available
Compensation
$15/hour (base coaching shift)
$20/session (class assist)
$25/session (lead group classes)
$35/session (personal training)
+ Sales Commissions
Compensation increases as you grow into leading classes and building your own client base.
What You’ll Do
Assist and lead group training sessions (youth + adult)
Coach proper movement, strength, and conditioning
Support team training and facility operations
Build relationships with members and athletes
Progress into leading classes and personal training
Qualifications
CPR/AED certification
Background in fitness, athletics, or coaching preferred
Strong energy and communication skills
Coachable and willing to learn
Reliable for evening schedule
