✨ About the Role

Step into a hands‑on Assembler position where precision, focus, and craftsmanship come together. You’ll work with fiber cables and small components, following detailed blueprints and work instructions to create high‑quality assemblies used in advanced technology.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Measuring, cutting, and placing fiber cables
• Feeding colored wires through connectors with extreme accuracy
• Applying epoxy, curing assemblies, polishing, and testing functionality
• Using microscopes and small hand tools to complete delicate tasks

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and secure fiber cables into clips
• Assemble wires according to blueprints/work instructions
• Thread colored wires through connectors with precision
• Apply epoxy and complete wire coating
• Cure and polish assemblies
• Test connections for proper performance
• Use microscopes and hand tools as needed

⭐ What You Bring

• 6 months–1+ year of experience in small‑parts manufacturing or medical device assembly
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to distinguish and place colored wires accurately
• Comfortable working under a microscope

Bonus experience: Guidewire, catheter assembly, clean room work, wiring, blueprint reading, electronics, production, or similar assembly roles.

🏢 Work Environment & Schedule

Work inside a  newly renovated, fast‑growing facility with a clean room environment (smock provided, no strict dress code).

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:00pm
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu, 3:15pm–1:15am
• OT: Fridays as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr.
