Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Arcata, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to serve a mission-driven coastal community.
You’ll step into an outpatient, panel-based primary care role focused on caring for patients with complex medical needs in collaboration with an integrated care team. You’ll work alongside dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, chiropractic services, and telehealth consult resources to deliver comprehensive, community-centered care.
You’ll practice in Arcata, California, a vibrant Northern California college town known for its progressive values, towering redwood forests, and proximity to the Pacific Ocean.

• You hold or are eligible for a California Nurse Practitioner license
• You have three or more years of outpatient experience preferred
• You’re interested in rural health or serving underserved populations
• You’re mission-focused and provide compassionate, team-based care
• Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for differential pay
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
• $12,400 annual access bonus for panel target achievement
• Up to $44,000 additional annual production bonus potential
• $25,000 sign-on plus retention bonuses for partnership-eligible providers
• Alternative sign-on and retention structure for non-partnership track
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation
