Pay Range: $17-18/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA/CNA Home Health Aide/CNA:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
• BLS Certified CPR
• Level II Background Check

Job Responsibilities for HHA/CNA Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
• Transportation
